Jo Jennings

Olympic athlete and coach turned massage therapist Jo Jennings, who represented Great Britain as a High Jumper at the Seoul and Barcelona Olympic Games, is now turning her focus fully to Massage Therapy and Athlete Mentoring. Based in Ealing, Jo brings a distinctive style to treating therapeutic clients, professional and recreational sports people. 

Leveraging her own athletic experiences and that of 13 years working for British Athletics developing and mentoring athletes up to Olympic level,  Jo offers a personally tailored approach - a massage combined with a chance to chat (if you want to!) about goal setting, training planning, diet, nutrition and 'getting your head in the right place'.

She is qualified with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (graduating with Honours), Level 2 Athletics Coach, Football Association Treatment of Injury Certificate and Massage therapy from the London School of Massage.

Greg Miller Burns

Originally from Scotland, Greg gained his Sports Massage Diploma & Active IQ Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy in 2012 and has since been working in London as a Sports Massage Therapist in various clinics with clients ranging from Professional Actors, Dancers & Athletes to Professional Business Men & Women and the general public. 

Also a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer, Greg specialises in Neuromuscular and Soft Tissue Mobilisation Techniques and applying corrective exercise to support the treatment of common injuries and soft tissue dysfunction. 

He is accredited with the SMA (Sports Massage Association) and is constantly striving to increase his knowledge & experience through his continual professional development work. 

Greg is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Please check booking system for available slots.

 

Jo Goh - Relocated

Jo Goh no longer works in London (relocated to Sydney) and has passed on the practice management to Jo Jennings as listed above. Please book Jo Jennings online or text/leave message 0771 410 0086.

Jo is a Sports massage therapist from Sydney, qualified with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australasian College of Natural Therapy in 2013 and  ITEC Sports 4 certification from the London School of Massage.

She has massaged for the Penrith Panthers Rugby team based in Sydney and currently also practices at offices across London doing corporate massage.

She specialises in deep tissue active muscle releases in sports massage, and also offers seated acupressure and reflexology massage.
