Jo Jennings

Olympic athlete and coach turned massage therapist Jo Jennings, who represented Great Britain as a High Jumper at the Seoul and Barcelona Olympic Games, is now turning her focus fully to Massage Therapy and Athlete Mentoring. Based in Ealing, Jo brings a distinctive style to treating therapeutic clients, professional and recreational sports people. 

Leveraging her own athletic experiences and that of 13 years working for British Athletics developing and mentoring athletes up to Olympic level,  Jo offers a personally tailored approach - a massage combined with a chance to chat (if you want to!) about goal setting, training planning, diet, nutrition and 'getting your head in the right place'.

She is qualified with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (graduating with Honours), Level 2 Athletics Coach, Football Association Treatment of Injury Certificate and Level 4 Sports Massage from the London School of Massage.

From 14 August Jo will also be operating from Bodyline Fitness Studios on Monday Mornings. All other time slots will continue to be at SaddleDrunk's Basement Studio.

Gavin Miller

Gavin is a qualified sports therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, and is currently working towards a Masters in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy. 

A member of the Ealing Eagles, Gavin is a keen local runner, training daily and regularly running half marathons, 10k and 5ks. Gavin is also a yoga enthusiast who has been practicing for 10 years. 


With a solid understanding of the impact running has on the body and how much injuries can hinder training, Gavin specialises in Neuromuscular and Soft Tissue Mobilisation Techniques to complement training, aid recovery and treat common injuries.

Gavin is available on Thursday evenings and post Ealing Half Marathon.
