Shipping Information

We currently ship all of our goods using Royal Mail(Default is Second Class Signed Delivery for UK orders).For outside Europe orders we send using DHL.

Estimated shipping times if items available in store are as follows:

UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of World: 5-7 working days

This excludes custom orders and items with production lead time (e.g. frames). Please check individual product pages for specific lead times.

Shipping costs are as follows:

UK: Free for Orders over £45 (Excluding Club and Special/Custom Orders)
UK: £4.20 Orders under £45 and Club/Custom Orders  (First Class Royal Mail)
Europe: £15 per order
Rest of the World: £20 per order

Returns & Exchanges

All returns for incorrect sizing must be made within 14 days of receipt and be returned in the original condition including packaging at your cost. Please contact us prior to returning your goods so that we can assist you in the process and provide you with a return ID. We do not refund made to order garment which the delays of production have been affected by force majeure or nature incidents.

Please check the product description for sizing information and if you are uncertain about sizing please contact us to discuss. Please remember that cycling apparel is intended to be close fitting and if in doubt you should probably opt for a size up.The custom club kit is not refundable if size chart it has not been consulted prior ordering.

If you are returning due to a manufacturing fault we will happily cover the postage cost, please contact us to discuss your options (refund or replacement).
