Sore? Muscular aches and pains? Finding a local Sports Massage Therapist in West London needn’t be stressful! The answer is here!

Winners of the UK Lifestyle category for companies blog awards 2015, the Saddledrunk team is going from strength to strength. The team launched their private sports massage clinic in May 2015, 5 minutes from South Ealing tube, in the basement of Munson’s Coffee & Eats.

Partnered with W5 Physio, Will 2 Win, Quit the Gym outdoor fitness, Tribeca Gym Studios and our friends at Paperback Coffee & Tea, we aim to be healing hands to the local community’s aches, pains and muscular injuries.

We have 2 sports massage therapists on board to ensure we have as much coverage throughout the week/weekends and evenings where possible, with Jo Goh as Clinic Manager & Sports Therapist.

It can involve a range of techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, deep tissue, trigger points, muscle stretching and articulation of joints to aid recovery. Our vision is help you to achieve your muscular-skeletal optimum functionality.

Testimonial from a happy repeat client: Jo is an excellent sports massage therapist. In addition to the actual sports massage which always makes me feel so much better afterwards, Jo's holistic approach is really helpful and insightful. She takes the time to understand and identify root causes including posture, rotational issues and shares her expertise and knowledge. Together with her professional, warm and friendly personality, I recommend her highly.  – Amanda Rayner
